Goblin-cleaver

Goblin-cleaver
   A name for the sword Orcrist, and the literal translation of its Elvish name. It was forged in the city of Gondolin during the First Age, when the Elves warred with the Orcs of Morgoth, and Orcrist was said to have killed hundreds of Goblins in those Wars.
